GUATEMALA CITY (TIP): The Embassy of India, in partnership with the Basic Chemicals, Cosmetics & Dyes Export Promotion Council (CHEMEXCIL), hosted a Buyers Seller Meet in Guatemala City on October 22, 2024. The event featured 20 Indian companies participating virtually while 30 Guatemalan companies attended in person.
CHEMEXCIL has significantly contributed to India’s beauty and cosmetics industry by promoting exports, organizing trade fairs, and facilitating connections between Indian manufacturers and global buyers. The council provides market intelligence and trends analysis to help companies identify growth opportunities while enhancing industry skills through training programs and workshops. Overall, CHEMEXCIL has played a crucial role in positioning India as a key player in the global beauty and cosmetics market. Partnering with CHEMEXCIL for this event gave leverage due to its extensive expertise and established network in the beauty and cosmetics sector.
