F O O D C O R N E R CHEESE PANEER BALLS

INGREDIENTS

200 gm grated cottage cheese, 1 tablespoon corn flour, 1 finely

chopped green chilli, 1/3 teaspoon red chilli powder, 2 cup

refined oil, 2 tablespoon gram flour (besan), 2 finely chopped

onion, 1 inch finely chopped ginger, 2 tablespoon chopped,

coriander leaves, 1 teaspoon salt

For Filling

50 gm cheese cubes

METHOD
  1. ? In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients except cheese and oil.

2. ? Take a small portion of mixture, roll it and press it on your palm like tikki (make it flat).

3. ? Stuff one cheese cube inside the paneer piece, seal the edges and make a ball by rolling it on your palm.

4. ? Repeat the same process to make balls from remaining mixture.

5.. ? Turn on the flame and heat a pan, once the oil is heated, put the balls into the hot oil one by one.

6. ? Fry it on medium flame till it turns golden brown from all  sides. Take out on a kitchen towel to absorb extra oil.

7. ? Serve hot with tomato ketchup and green chutney.
