Justin Theroux and Nicole Brydon Bloom are officially married. The couple reportedly wed over the weekend in Tulum, Mexico, after two years of dating, according to multiple outlets. TMZ shared photos of the couple dressed in wedding attire on a beach. However, representatives for Theroux and Bloom have not responded to the news.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the couple first sparked romance rumors in February 2023 when they were spotted together at a Netflix event. They later made their red carpet debut at the Vanity Fair Oscars party in March 2024.
As reported by People, Theroux proposed to Bloom in August 2024 during a trip to Italy while promoting the Beetlejuice sequel at the 81st Venice International Film Festival. Reflecting on the moment, Theroux told UK outlet The Times last fall, “Of course I was nervous proposing. It is a question, after all, so the answer isn’t guaranteed. But it was wonderful.”
Despite their growing public presence, Theroux has expressed his preference for privacy in relationships. Speaking to Esquire last year, he shared, “I want all of my relationships to exist within the four walls of whatever room we’re in. Having been in a public relationship, it’s much more fun not being in a public relationship. Me saying anything, even if it was something loving, it would just turn into a thing.”
