Actor Anya Taylor-Joy, who will soon be seen in Mad Max: Furiosa, recently confirmed via her social media handle that she ‘secretly married’ her partner and musician, Malcolm McRae. Sharing photos on Instagram, Anya mentioned that they got married two years ago.
“Two years ago, on April Fools, I secretly married my best friend in New Orleans. The magic of that day is ingrained in every cell of my being, forever. Happy second (first) anniversary my love, you’re the coolest,” read the full caption of Anya’s post. The wedding was also attended by model and actor Cara Delevingne, who was seen dressed in a white pantsuit. The ceremony was held in New Orleans. The 27-year-old actor is said to have met McRae at The Queen’s Gambit premiere in 2021. It was reported that McRae even wrote a song about Taylor-Joy two days after first clapping eyes on her in person
