Ingredients
1 cup brown rice chiwra (flattened rice), 1/2 c green peas, 1 tsp mustard oil, 2 green chillis, 1/2 tsp amchoor powder (mango powder), 1 tsp rock salt
Method
– Dry roast the poha in a kadhai. Heatoil in a pan, add green chillis.
– When they crackle, add peas and cook for 5 minutes. Add roasted chiwra. Add salt, mango powder and mix well. Serve hot with cardamom/lemon tea.
