Ingredients
– 12-15 no Chicken wings
– Salt to taste, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder/ paprika
– Oil for frying
For Chocolate Barbeque Sauce
– 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, ½ cup gms semisweet chocolate, chopped
– 1 1/2 cups ketchup, 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
– 2 tbsp. honey, 2 tbsp. vinegar, 2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
– 2 tsp. dry mustard, 2 tsp. chili powder
– 2 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. ground black pepper
– 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
Method
– Apply garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper powder and salt to the chicken wings for 2 hours.
– Coat marinated wings in refined flour then dip in egg wash and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
– Deep fry them into hot oil until crisp and golden in color. -To make sauce mix everything in sauce pan; cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 3 minutes. Coat cooked chicken wings with the sauce and serve immediately with celery sticks
Cabbage Cutlet
Ingredients
2 Cups Grated cabbage3 tbsp Chopped coriander1 tsp Chopped garlic1 Onion (Finely Chopped)1 tsp Chaat masala3/4 tsp Red chilli powder3/4 tsp Cumin Seeds1 tsp Salt1/4 tsp Pepper powder1 tsp Corn flour7 tbsp Sooji
Method
– Wash and strain the grated cabbage, add the chopped coriander, onion and garlic. Mix it well.
– Next, add all the masalas – chaat masala, red chilli powder, cumin seeds, salt and pepper powder.
– Add the corn flour and half of the sooji at first, mix it well. Then gradually add the rest. Combine the mixture well and let it rest for at least 10 minutes.
– Make round-shaped cutlets and shallow fry them till both sides are golden brown.
– The cabbage cutlet is ready!
