HAUPPAUGE, NY (TIP): Mr. Veer Mukhi, Mr. Gobind Bathija. Mr. Arvind Vora, Mrs. Beena Kothari, Mrs. Gayathri Murali, and Mr. Nayan Rawal were sworn in as members of the Suffolk County Hindu American Advisory Committee. The committee met on December 15, 2023 to hold discussions on its agenda for the next 3 years, and to formulate bylaws. Mr. Gobind Bathija, Director, IACLI / Hindu Advisory Group, in a statement to The Indian Panorama, thanked Mohinder Singh Taneja, Suffolk county executive and Miss Olga El Sehamy, deputy county executive for facilitating the formation of the group. He also thanked them for the proclamations recognizing their contribution to the community.
