Indian-American Republican Governor of Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal, who may announce he is running for president after the state legislative session ends in June, says he has a publication coming in October but it’s definitely not a campaign book. “I hope to get people to read it (‘American Will’) regardless if I run,” Jindal said.
“I think those books are actually quite boring,” Jindal said Tuesday during a telephone interview to AP.
Threshold Editions announced today that the Louisiana governor’s new book – titled ‘American Will’ – would come out in October.
The book is about the “forgotten choices that changed our Republic,” says Mr Jindal, 43, on the cover of the book. Mr Jindal has earlier said he has been “thinking and praying” about a possible presidential run.
American Will In a statement issued by Threshold, Mr Jindal called the book a work of history and a call to arms for the future.
Mr Jindal’s previous book ‘Leadership and Crisis’ came out in 2010.
