NEW YORK (TIP): Council Member Paul Vallone held an open house at his new District Office on Thursday, January 31 night.

Over one hundred friends, family and members of the community all came to meet the Council Member, his staff, and newly appointed Community and Cultural Affairs Liaisons who will service the 19th Council District.
